Terms and Conditions Please note that except where agreed otherwise our payment terms are immediate payment on receipt of invoice. Where advance payment is due this will normally be required before work begins. For new customers paying by cheque we normally wait for funds to clear before proceeding with a project or providing a service. 30 days notice is required fror termination or transfer of hosting. We will invoice for annual hosting where this condition is not met. We reserve the right to alter these Terms and Conditions
